The Utah Payphone Association (UPA) serves the

Industry as the state-wide legal, regulatory and legis-

lative ADVOCATE for independent pay telephone

And other public telecommunications providers.

 

UPA’s strong and proactive involvement has yielded

dramatic results as the Association has initiated or

intervened in every major legal, regulatory and legis-

lative decision effecting the public telecommunica-

tions industry in Utah since the authorization of comp-

tition in 1984.
